He was predeceased by: his mother Cheryl L. Staten (Ingram). He is survived by: his father Kim Staten of Ash Ridge; his daughters, Gracie Staten (Alex Sherman) of Williamsburg, Lillian Staten of Mt. Orab and Hailey Staten of Chillicothe; his siblings, Misty Staten of Ash Ridge and Brock Staten (Peggy Jordan) of Ash Ridge; his grandson EJ; his niece Alexis Staten (Bill Rinear) of Ash Ridge; and his great-nephew Memphis. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
