It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles W. Grooms of Winchester, Ohio, who passed away on December 25, 2022, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Wayne Grooms. He is survived by: his daughters, Amber Walker of West Union and Heather Grooms of West Union; and his siblings, Teresa Smalley (Carl), Robin Musser (Nathaniel Merril) and Tim Grooms (Darlene). He is also survived by four grandchildren and several nieces & nephews.
