She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bailey and Meryl Bailey (Rickey); and her siblings, Tom Bailey, Mary Ubel, Margaret Davis and Betty Bravard.
She is survived by: her husband Glenn Chinn; her daughter Michelle Lowe (Steve) of Bethel, Ohio; her sister Ruth Evelyn Texter of Cincinnati; and her grandchildren, Cameron and Ian.
