He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertram Stamm and Hazel Stamm (Stacy); and his siblings, Carol Stamm and Stanley Stamm. He is survived by: his brothers, David Stamm of Portsmouth and Ted Stamm of West Union; and his nieces and nephews, P. J. Wagner, Leigh Anne of Seaman, Wendy Perry, Brian of Winchester and Stan Wagner of West Union.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Adams County Humane Society and the Manchester American Legion.
