She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Fields and Ruth Fields (McNeilan); her husband Ray Leach; her sister June Foreman; and her nephews, James "Jim" Foreman and Steve Blackburn.
She is survived by: her sisters, Catherine Plummer of Peebles and Florence Blackburn of Lebanon; and her nieces and nephews, Brenda Hughes, Teresa Winkler, Debbie Baker, Daniel Plummer, Chuck Forman and Dennis Plummer. She is also survived by numerous great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
