She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel and Perlina Kimmerly Sr. (Hatfield); her husband James Webb; and her brother Mintie Rogers. She is survived by: her children, Steven Webb of West Union, OH, Shirley Whitby (Allen) of Beavercreek, OH, Beverly Hedden (Dennis) of Spring Hill, TN and Rodney Webb of West Union, OH; and her siblings, Sally Parsons of Forest Grove, OR, Annie Frost of Dayton, OH, Jean Grooms of New Richmond, OH, James Kimmerly of Dayton, OH and Ed Kimmerly of Dayton, OH.. She is also survived by three grandchildren, one great grandchild.
