He was predeceased by: his father LeRoy E. Miller; and his brother-in-law Bob Barkan. He is survived by: his mother Mattie D. Miller (Hochstetler); his sisters, Judy Barkan of Wilmot and Joanna Bullock (Will) of Wayne, WV; and his nieces and nephews, Ryan Barkan (Elizabeth), Todd Barkan (Rachael), Alisa Grass (Ben), Jacquelyn Hale (Garrett) and Nichole May (Justin). He is also survived by eleven great nieces and nephews.
