He was predeceased by: his parents, George Long and Eda Long (McCartney); and his siblings, Kathleen Townsend, Jaqueline Payne and Charles Long.
He is survived by: his significant other Amanda A. Ford; his daughter Christine I Plaster (Richard); his grandsons, William and Michael Plaster; his siblings, Bub Long, Mary Ferrebee and Edie Palek (Heith); his nephew Charlie Long; his father-in-law Tim Ford; and his pets, Max and Duke. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, family and friends.
