He was predeceased by: his grandmother Carrie. He is survived by: his parents, David Hollingsworth and Lisa Hollingsworth; his siblings, Jaxton Hollingsworth, Nate Hollingsworth (Ann) and Leah Ademiluyi (Ayo); his friend Zach; and also, Patricia and Lee Smith.
