She was predeceased by: her husband James C. Hayes; and her parents, Eddie Paul Blanchard and Annie Marie LeBlanc Blanchard. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Hayes (Michelle) and Cindy Williams of Wilmington, Ohio; her sister Faye Fortmayer (Henry) of Marrero, Louisiana; her grandchildren, Andrew Hayes (Tori), Garrett Williams (Kylie), Kristen Brown (Nick) and Sarah Uetrecht (Tyler); and her great grandchildren, Cooper Hayes and Rynlee Uetrecht. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
