"Angie" Sweat Howell; his children, Cathy White (Shane) of Wilmington, William C. "BJ" Howell Jr. of Hillsboro, Jessica Howell of Xenia, Jackie Allphin of Wilmington and Kelly Howell of Wilmington, Ohio; his brothers, Tom Howell of Wilmington, Doug Howell (Roxanne) of Wilmington, Joe Howell (Patty) of Middletown and Albert Neanover (Rose) of Sabina, Ohio; his grandchildren, Patience Ashe, Jordan Ashe, Conar Ashe, Monica Allphin, Colton White, Rosetta White, Baby Dean Nichols and Gracelyn Yerian; his mother-in-law Mary Manley; and his siblings, Frank Howell, Sarah Neanover, Julie Little, Janet Hayslip and Patricia Davis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
