He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Henry Tissot and Sarah Mae Wilson Tissot; his son Bryan Edward Tissot; his brother Roy Tissot; and his brother-in-law Carl "Bob" Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Evans Tissot; his children, Mary Groves (Bob), Jim Tissot (Liz) and Mike Tissot (Mindy); and his grandchildren, Christina Morrow (Jason), Jamie Roe (Jimmy), Steve Groves (Jordan), Nick Tissot (Shannon), Nathan Tissot (Rebekah), Ashley Tissot (Danny Thokey) and Jared Tissot (Alexis Carmen). He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Bill's memory may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
