He was predeceased by: his father Mark Worthington; his grandparents, Steve "Papaw" Worthington, Linda "Kay" and Layman Clark; his uncle Dwayne Clark; and his aunt Lisa Pauley.
He is survived by: his mother Michelle "Shelly"; his brother Gage "Bubba" Worthington of Washington, C. H.; his grandmother Joyce Worthington; his aunts, Erin "Sissy" (Fredie Feltner) of Sabina, Margie "GiGi" (Tony Smith) and Misty (Sean Rugar); his uncle Mike; his godparents, Kathy, Young, Jeff and Hurst; his cousins, Ariona "Nana" Brewer, Savarien, Draeyden, Pyper "Py" Feltner, Sonny Feltner, Keiaira Worthington, Nathan Smith, Jason Clark, Jeromy Clark, Travis Clark and Sarah Clark; his siblings, Cole Hackworth, Conlee Holbert and Kendra Holbert; and his friends, Dylan Goodwin and Donald "Don" Hubbell. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
