She is survived by: her parents, Gary James Benge of Milford and Margaret Ann Day of Wilmington; her children, Christopher Scott Boldman of Wilmington, Zachary Christian Griffith of Wilmington, Lauren Elizabeth Kessler of Wilmington and Joselyn Grace Kessler of Wilmington; her sister Cheryl Hamblin of Jonesboro, Georgia; and her nephews, Nathan Hamblin, Damon Brown and Tayshawn Brown. She is also survived by several aunts, uncle, and cousins.
