He was predeceased by: his parents, William Warren and Viola Elizabeth Souder (Burgess); his wife Gertrude Souder (Bowen); and his siblings, William Souder Jr., James Souder and Kathryn Souder.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Souder (Ruth) of Ruskin, FL and Sheila Chandler (Scott) of Wilmington, OH; his grandchildren, Stacey Souder Mayer, Ka'Shira Gannon (Neil), Kameron Chandler and Kolten Chandler; his great grandchildren, Dalton Mayer, Wyatt Mayer, Shelby Mayer and Trey Gannon; his brother David Souder (Joyce) of Williamstown, KY; and his sisters-in-law, Wanda Faye Ruber and Viva Combs. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
