With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruby Lee Minton of Wilmington, Ohio, born in Cuba, Ohio, who passed away on September 22, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Dale R. Minton; her parents, James William Burton and Marian Sewell Burton; and her siblings, Kenneth James Burton, Donald E. Burton and Dorothy Scott.
She is survived by: her children, Kristi Williams (Scott Ankeney) of Xenia, Ohio, Steven J. Williams of Wilmington and Randy B. Williams of Wilmington, Ohio; and her brother Gerald Burton (Shirley) of Wilmington, Ohio. She is also survived by three grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
