He was predeceased by: his parents, Burdette Edgington and Goldie Edgington (Alexander); his brother Terry Edgington; and his brothers-in-law, Don Storer and Clarence Lunsford.
He is survived by: his son Ronald L. Edgington (Sheila) of Lynchburg; his grandsons, Anthony Edgington (Amie) and Brian Edgington (Julie); his great grandchildren, Isacc Lightle, Ellie Edgington, Evelyn Edgington, Grace Edgington and Emma Edgington; and his sisters, Linda Lunsford of Martinsville and Carolyn Storer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
