He is survived by: his wife Linda Shrack Smith; his children, Cynthia Walthers (Robert) of Wilmington, OH, Robin Welch (Jack) of Wilmington, OH and Deborah Selhorst (Christopher) of Wilmington, OH; his stepchildren, Donald Powers of Trotwood, OH, Rusty Harden of Tipp City, OH, Judy Powers of Franklin, NC, Jimmy Powers Jr. of Xenia, OH and Victoria Powers of Hillsboro, OH; his grandchildren, Christopher Smith, James Welch, Travis Owens, Ryan Selhorst, Jennifer Woodward, Susan Sexton, Abby Fullen, Carole Swisshelm and Kristy Miller; his siblings, Michael Smith of Royal Palm, FL and Nellie Warren of Randleman, NC; and his close friends, Michael, Lena Miller, Bill and Jennie Flaugher. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
