He was predeceased by: his wife Betty J. Berlin; his parents, Ralph Berlin and Charlotte Reynolds Berlin; and his siblings, Charles William Berlin and Mary Ellen Berlin.
He is survived by: his children, Anthony J. Berlin (Donna) and Leslie Ann Nichols (Michael); his grandchildren, Jordan Anthony Berlin (Samantha Schlaegel), Carter Michael Nichols and Charlotte Josephine Nichols; his great grandchildren, Lawson Schlaegel-Berlin and Ardyn Schlaegel-Berlin; his grandchildren, Sakura and Haruki; and his close friend Lennis Perkins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Smith Funeral Home (327 N South St, Wilmington, OH 45177).
