He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Fahey and Mary Fahey (Rolfsen); his granddaughter Alaina Quillin; and his siblings, Tom, Benard, Patricia, James, Lawrence, Teresa, Pauline and Gerry.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn M. Fahey (Overstreet); his daughter Kerrie Fahey; his stepchildren, Amanda Peavley, Micah Peavley and Joseph Peavley; his grandchildren, David Quillin, Caiden Quillin, Andrew Muslar, Andrea Siry, Harper Peavley and Steele Peavley; his great grandchildren, Gabe and Liam; his sister Mary Demaschko (Dan) of Kentucky; and his friends, Gini and Bella.
