It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny Waits of Wilmington, Ohio, born in Georgetown, Ohio, who passed away on November 14, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Grisham and Elizabeth Eunice Grisham (Plank); her husband Gregory Lee Waits; and her siblings, Michael Bender, Crystal Alexander and Tony Bender.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jammie Hudson of Wilmington and Mindy S. Johnson (Alex) of Wilmington; her grandsons, Logan Hudson and Gabe Everman; and her brothers, David Grisham of Sardinia and Stephen Bender of Mowrystown.
