She is survived by: her children, Mary Gough (Dave) and Jack Kretchek (Sandie); her mother-in-law Sandy Kretchek (Larry); her grandchildren, Stefanie Gough Wolf (Scott), Mike Gough (Staci), Kristen Gough Nau (Peyton), Jemmae Morgan, John Kretchek, Adam Kretchek (Whitney), Alex Kretchek (Carlos), Austin Kretchek and Ashley Cardosi (Anthony); her great grandchildren, Charlotte Wolf, Chance White, Leon Tyman, McKenzie Morgan, Braydon Kretchek, Noah Kretchek, Addison Kretchek, Bli Kretchek and Louie Cardosi; her great great grandchild Grayson Kretchek; and her siblings, Dorothy Goncz, Lillian Thurber, Suellen Burns, Ron Chalupka and Mike Chalupka.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donation considerations to One Tree Planted, a non-profit organization aiming for reforestation around the world. For every dollar donated, one tree is planted.
