He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Herman and Goldie Ellen Russell (Wooddell); his sisters, Mary Shelton, Karen Russell, Georgia Carlene Garrison and Frances Jean LeForge; and his niece Valerie Kiger.
He is survived by: his sisters, Betty Flynn (Dowell) of Martinsville, OH and Vicky Harperee (Lynn) of Midland, OH.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
