He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Charles Flanigan and Olive Margaret Brown Flanigan; and his siblings, Larry Gene Flanigan and Charlene Baum. He is survived by: his wife Linda Cummings Flanigan; his children, Timothy Flanigan (Jaime) of Wilmington, Melissa Flanigan (Stephanie George) of Baltimore and Michael Flanigan (Chastity) of Wilmington, Ohio; his sister Olivia Oberlin of Xenia, Ohio; his grandchildren, Taylor Singleton (Paul), Tori Flanigan, Alex Flanigan, Austin Flanigan and Andrew Flanigan; his great grandchildren, Sawyer Singleton and Sutton Singleton; and his pet Kookie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; and his companion.
