It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxine Fenner of Wilmington, Ohio, who passed away on July 2, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Everett and Martha Magnolia'Marshall'Brown; her husband Hugh Fenner; her son Mark Glenn Fenner; and her siblings, Mary Magdalene, Madeline Campbell, Lillie Rhoades, Everett Merl Brown and Raymond Brown.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Donna Stephenson (Ed), Jeanette Soale, James Rhoades (Jacqueline) and Gary Fenner; and her close friend Sherri Woodworth.
