She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles DeVoe and Beatress Bone DeVoe; and her siblings, Doris Williams, Robert DeVoe, Fred DeVoe, Carl DeVoe and Gene DeVoe.
She is survived by: her husband Cy Stephens; her children, Lisa Stephens (Frank E. Guy) of Blanchester, Ohio and Terry Stephens (Pam) of Jamestown, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Kathryn Stephens, Lauren Stephens and Clayton Guy.
