He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Osborn and Florence Grace Harvey Osborn; his former wife Dorothy Lyon Osborn; and his daughter Connie Sims. He is survived by: his wife Betty L. Osborn; his granddaughter Bethany Davis (James) of North Carolina; his great grandchildren, Kingsley and Keegan Davis; his stepdaughters, Vanessa Hall of Wilmington and Melody Long (Monte) of Monroe; his stepgrandchildren, Jennifer Jones (Jason) of Cincinnati, Bradley Burgel (Jennifer) of Luling, LA and Adam Long of Cincinnati; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Nathan, Andrew Jones, Landen and Brianna Burgel. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
