Lowell Frazier Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lowell Frazier of Wilmington, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 23, 2025 at the age of 71. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lowell Frazier to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, David Frazier and Nancy Hiltner Frazier. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Tompkins Frazier; his daughters, Hannah Garen (Kevin) of New Vienna and Simone Frazier of Manhattan; his granddaughter Elaine Kay Garen; his stepmother Susan Frazier of Oxford; and his siblings, Bruce Frazier (Jan) of Monticello, IL, Denise Babyak (Steve) of Austin, TX and Connie Malone of Oxford. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
