He was predeceased by: his parents, Lemuel Forrest and Virginia Ewing (Johnson); and his siblings, Bonnie Walker, Jennings, Bobby and Jimmy Ewing.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Elaine Ewing (Black); his children, Darlene Ross of Dayton, Forrest Ewing (Tonya) of Beavercreek, Jason Ewing (Brook Simpson) of Wilmington, Angela DeGarmo of Circleville and Rebecca Delgado (Juan) of Wilmington; his grandchildren, Blaine, Shane, Forrest, Devin, Kathlina, Cecilia, Anika and Andrew; his great grandchild Elaina; his siblings, Diane Jamison of Port William, Loyd Ewing (Lorece) of Oklahoma, Rick Ewing (Pam) of Sabina and Suzie Ewing-Wolfe (Randy) of Port William; and his sisters-in-law, Carol Ewing of Wilmington, Linda Ewing of Port William and Diane Ewing of Port William. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
