He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Clifton and Madeline Woodall (Griffith); and his sister Marilyn Wright (Woodall). He is survived by: his children, Lawrence Jr. of Georgetown, Trisha Woodall of Georgetown, Jason of Georgetown, Pam Woodall of Georgetown, Kevin and Kristy Woodall of Wilmington, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Lawrence III, Marina Woodall, Dustin Warren, Jordan Woodall, Laney Woodall, Ethan Nicely, Ava Nicely and Baylie Nicely. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many other family and friends.

Due to Governor Beshear's mandate, 50% occupancy of the funeral home will be in practice and face coverings and proper social distancing are required for all who attend.
