He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Stevens and Mildred Stevens; and his siblings, Jeff Stevens and Brenda Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his children, Ted Stevens (Deana) and Mindi Stevens; his grandsons, Dylan and Trenton; his sister Linda Gordley (Mickula); and his aunt Alvina Baker.
