He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy and Elida Quigley (Dolph); and his wife Sandra Kay Quigley (Nunn). He is survived by: his stepsons, Brian Scott Martin of Wilmington and Brett Martin of Huber Heights, Ohio; his stepgranddaughter Kiriana Martin of Troy, Ohio; his sister Wanda Bailey (Woodruff) of Blanchester, OH; and his nephew Richard Caplinger (Sue) of Wilmington.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home (97 W Locust St, Wilmington, OH 45177). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
