She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Brush and Carolyn Brush (Frank); her sister Angela Baker; her close friend John Hughes; her uncle Dale Gudorf; her grandparents, Rosetta, Wilbur Gudorf and Jeanette Brush; her stepfather James "Jimmy" Frank; and her cousin Doug Gudorf.
She is survived by: her husband Frankie H. Watters; her daughters, Christina Sigmon (Carey Soale) of Sabina, Jessica Bellanger (David) of Morrow and Dorothy Walker (Delwyn Lee) of Hillsboro; her grandchild Caylee O'Cull (James); her sisters, Theresa Shoemaker (Charlie) of Wilmington, Scherie Brush of Peebles and Tonya Renner of Wilmington; her stepbrothers, Shawn Vanscoy (Mandy) of Sabina and Jamie Frank (Nikki) of Wilmington; and her caregiver Ashlee Kier of Wilmington.
