It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Hales of Wilmington, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on July 8, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl J. Cunningham and Mary F. Cunningham. She is survived by: her children, Rick Bassler of Columbus and Jennifer Bassler of Wilmington; her brother Dr. Richard Cunningham (Barbara) of Dublin; and her nieces, Emily Ann Nugent (Mike) and Laura Ellen Cunningham.
