She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Jones and Mary Alice Jones (Hodge); her husband Charles W. Herrell; her daughter Nita Kay Roe; her siblings, Archie Jones, Evelyn Ryan and Helen Jones; and her grandson Alex Butler.
She is survived by: her son Charles Butler (Maria) of Cincinnati; her grandchildren, Kenneth Wilson (Amber) of Wilmington, Nicholas Butler (Kelly) of Indiana, Alexis Wright of Cincinnati, Nicole Butler (Chris Gent) of Cincinnati and Joshua Wilson of Wilmington; her sisters, Lozena Smith and Joann Ritchie of Kentucky; and her close friends, Donnie, Connie Greene, Tammy S. Boatright, Shane Perkins and Jackie Barrier. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
