She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Rich and Edith Rich (DeBoard); her husband James Steele; and her brother Timothy Wayne. She is survived by: her children, James Steele (Jennifer), Michael Steele (Patti), Vanessa Zugg (John), Mark Steele, Kimberly Thomas (Rick) and Monica Miller (Joe). She is also survived by 16 grandkids, and 23 great grandkids.
