He is survived by: his wife Inza Eileen Johnson-Hebb; his sons, Alex Lee Hebb (Amber) of Spring Valley, Liam Calvin Michael Hebb of Bowling Green and Tyler John Hebb of Cincinnati, Ohio; his sisters, Barbara Hebb of Dayton and Susan Hebb of Kettering, Ohio; and his grandchild Wakely Hebb.
