It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan L Foley of Wilmington, Ohio, who passed away on March 31, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Pierce and Myra Elizabeth Looney (Boyd); her husband Daniel Foley; her siblings, Lex, Ralph Looney, Slyvia Wilson, Ruth Raypole, Hagar Looney and Virginia Crscrosier; and her siblings-in-law, Patrick, Jeremiah, John Foley, Golda Looney and Nora O'Riordan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and good friends.
