He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Walker and Virginia Maxine Cade Walker; and his spouse Patrica Walker. He is survived by: his children, Vicky George (Brett), Jason Salisbury and Lisa Carson (Steve); his grandchildren, Mick Gauden, Holly Lamb (Nick), Aaron George (Shelbi), Tosha Aubry (Quentin) and Jared Salisbury (Colleen); and his siblings, Diane Henry (Butch) and Jim Walker (Vicki). He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
