He is survived by: his sibling Jamie Skaggs; his children, Christopher Skaggs of Wilmington, OH, Tabatha Skaggs and Cody Skaggs; and his grandchildren, Izabela Skaggs, Malikai Skaggs, Milo Skaggs, Raiden Withrow, Castiel Patenaude, Alistair Patenaude, Rudy Ison, Dexter Ison, Lizzy Alexander, Joey Alexander, Emily Profitt and Noah Profitt.
