Jeanne B. Staten Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeanne B. Staten of Wilmington, Ohio, who passed away on January 23, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charley Barnes and Zola Mae Barnes (Hall); her husband David Staten; and her sisters, Cristine Shea, Ida Allbright and Chloe Garrison.
She is survived by: her children, Nial Wilkin of Grove City, Jeralynn Wilkin of Lady Lake, Michael Wilkin (Melody) of Lynchburg, Mark Wilkin (Carrie) of Lynchburg, Scott Wilkin of Lynchburg and Dodi Wright (Eric) of Palmetto, Florida; and her siblings, Louise Weller of Valley Park, Maxine Shady (Maurice) of Greenville and Arthur Lee White of Bakersfield, California. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that contributions be made to her favorite charity: Saint Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105.
