He is survived by: his parents, William Thomas Macik (Kathy) and Heather Michelle Shuttleworth (Cook) of Wilmington; his sons, Jasper, Jaxton and Jensen Macik; his siblings, Jacob Macik (Alexis), Jordan Macik (Taylor Moore) and Liv Macik (Simon Thornburg) of Wilmington; his grandfathers, Joe Macik (Hazel) of Jamestown and Rick Cook (Joan Turner) of Jamestown; his aunts and uncles, Jeff Macik (Joni) of Rockledge, Susan Susor (Mark) of Alpharetta, Georgia and Carey Cook of Martinsville; and his nieces, Kynnedy, Kynnsley, Kyerann and Kyegann. He is also survived by numerous other extended family members and friends.

Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wilmington Church of Christ (909 W Locust St, Wilmington, OH 45177). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
