He is survived by: his daughters, Jami O'Brien (Michael) of Wooster and Diana "Jill" Neverovich (Ray) of Villa Hills, Kentucky; his grandsons, Adam O'Brien (Samantha) and Evan O'Brien of Cleveland, Ohio; and his siblings, Judy Turner (Roy) of Lebanon, Jeff Wren (Cathy) of Springboro and Diane Hummer (Jim) of Centerville, Ohio. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
