He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Waldo and Adeline C. Ramsey (Boothby); his sons, Eric and James A. Ramsey; and his brother William Ramsey.
He is survived by: his wife Millie E. Ramsey; his daughter Rebecca Schweller of Centerville, OH; and his stepson Harry R Perry III (Judith) of Loveland, OH. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
