He is survived by: his wife L. Dianne Armstrong (Hoop); his children, Michelle Milner (Perry) of Wilmington, Melissa Molitor (Jay) of Wilmington, David Armstrong (Emily) of Wilmington and Deloris Moon of Sabina; his grandchildren, Scott Milner, Kyle Molitor (Courtney), Sam Milner (Amber), MaKayla Fransen (Jake), Katelyn Roehm (Jake), Sarah Bean (Kaeleb), Lane Armstrong and Wyatt Armstrong; and his sister Shirley Smith (Robert) of Beavercreek. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
