It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jacqueline Ann Souder of Wilmington, Ohio, who passed away on March 26, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Mitchell and Margene Mitchell (Stewart); and her stepparents, Richard "Dick" Houseman and Alberta Mitchell. She is survived by: her daughter Stacey Mayer (Keith Smith) of South Solon; her grandchildren, Dalton Mayer, Wyatt Mayer, Shelby Mayer and Brayden Smith; her siblings, Tom Mitchell of Wilmington, Tim Houseman (Amy) of Clarksville and Jeannie Avey of Clarksville; and her close friend Kate Reeder of Wilmington. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
