He is survived by: his children, Michael Bush (Lisa) of Maineville, Mark Bush (Andrea) of Wilmington, Michelle Imhulse (Kurt) of Atlanta, GA and Marcia Drake of Buckhannon, WV; his sister Ella Forsythe (Dale) of Cumberland, KY; his siblings-in-law, Michael McGreevy (Kathleen) of Logan, Margaret Walter (Robert) of Columbus, Christine Bush (Judd) of Columbus, Don Haines and Michael Dodd of Columbus; his close friend Jean Lay of Wilmington Oh; his grandchildren, Alex Bush, Abigail Bush, Riley Bush, Summer Bush, Bailey Bush, Nicholas Bush, Andrew Bush, Joseph Bush, Kyle Imhulse, Kevin Imhulse, Brad Drake and Jenny Drake; his siblings, Doris Wolverton (Richard), Susan Rippe (Pete) and Judd Bush (Christine); and his sisters-in-law, Lois Welsh (Robert), Judith Dodd and Karen Haines. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
