He was predeceased by: his parents, Carey Scroggy and Dorothy Scroggy; and his wife Charlene Scroggy (Harvey). He is survived by: his children, Carrie Michaelis (Randy) of Wilmington Ohio and Gilbert Scroggy; his daughter-in-law Karen of Wilmington Ohio; his daughter Mozelle Bowers; his siblings, Gilbert T. (Judy Scroggy) of Wilmington and Susanna Culberson of Summerville; and his caregiver Gene. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Springfield Friends Meeting (190 Todds Fork Rd, Wilmington, OH 45177). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
