He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur L. Vance and Barbara S. Thompson Vance; and his sister Debbie Paul. He is survived by: his wife Mary Kay McMillan Vance; his children, Tracy M. Nuss of Sidney and Greg T. Vance of Midland, Ohio; his sister Cheryl Beil of Loveland, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Katie Nuss (Anthony Gillem), Carrie Nuss, Abby Nuss, Nick Nuss, Tabby Vance (Blake Bronson) and Garrett T. Vance. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
