It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Freda Prather of Wilmington, Ohio, born in Maysville, Kentucky, who passed away on August 22, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Samuel and Ora Belle Jackson (Rivers); her sister Terri Lee; and her friend Hope Cooper. She is survived by: her husband James Carl Prather; her children, Justin Prather of Wilmington and Janelle Duplantier (Brandon) of Dayton, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Milana Prather, Elisha Prather, Jeremiah Woodruff, Jonah Woodruff and Jupiter Duplantier; and her sisters, Roberta Jackson, Kandy Dudley and Harriett Groh (Jeffrey). She is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and many friends.
